PIC BY MATT STEWART / CATERS NEWS – (Pictured Emma) A student who was hours from death when she was diagnosed with a huge brain tumour has stunned doctors by making an incredible recovery. Emma Bassett was horrified when she was diagnosed with a deadly brain tumour – and amazed medics explained that shed only survived as long as she had because of a ROLLER COASTER ride – which had re-distributed fluid causing dangerous pressure on her skull. Doctors feared the tumour, the size of a satsuma, had been silently growing in the core of Emmas brain for almost seven years – and was so advanced it was on the brink of killing her.
